Panseal 18 sealing trim specifically desgned for High Pressure Laminate Shower Wall Panels. Panseal is fitted to the shower tray/bath before the shower wall panels are secured into place. Manufactured by Sealux, it uses the same patented design to allow for joint movement. Panseal is available as an 18mm wide seal that can accommodate a 10mm (max) HPL panel.
Panseal 18 it specifically desiged to be used with HPL (laminated wood) shower wall panels. It incorporates a small vertical leg that supports the panel and hence minimises the sufrace area (underneath) that can come in contact with water. Panseal 18 Kit is fitted using Sealux N silicone. It is fitted to the tray/bath and wall prior to fitting the shower wall panels. It is ideal to seal a gap between the horizontal and vertical surface is not greater than 8mm. The thickness of the wall panel should not exceed 10mm.
Panseal 18 is an 18mm wide sealing profile that is suitable for shower trays, bath tubs and worktops. The profile allow for downward movement in the shower tray (or bath) by its patented pre-applied bond breaker tape.
The kit comprises of the following: 2 x Panseal sealing trims, each trim measures 1850mm long x 18mm wide, 2 x tubes of Sealux-N Silicone, 1 x Mitre Box, 2 x End caps, 1 x Spatula, 3 x Alcohol Wipes
